LLADÓ & FRANQUESA Global Services LLC is a private investment firm based in Puerto Rico, specialising in real estate and strategic investment opportunities.

Our work centres on identifying, structuring and developing transactions with the potential to create value, principally in the Puerto Rican property market.

We take a long-term view, entrepreneurial in approach and focused on building lasting capital, combining knowledge of the European market with a direct presence and the capacity to execute in Puerto Rico.

We are actively involved throughout the investment process: from the analysis and acquisition of the asset through to its development, repositioning and eventual sale.

The firm is led directly by its founders, Pere Franquesa and Björn Lladó, which keeps the structure lean, the dealings personal and their involvement present in every transaction.
